If you are unable to attend, an appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. We consider a no show to be an appointment that:

a. is cancelled within 24 hours, regardless of the reason for cancellation

b. does not take place without cancellation

We are committed to your treatment. We prepare and make time in our agenda.

We expect the same from you.

If you cancel your appointment once within 24 hours before the treatment, we will not charge you.
For each subsequent appointment cancelled within 24 hours before treatment, we will charge €100.

This is not covered by the basic health insurance. We will charge this directly to you.

We understand that you might be absent once and therefore there will not be any consequences.

If you are absent for the second time or more, there will be a charge of €100 for missing the appointment.
